Flying Chihuahua Rescue
December 22, 2010
On Thurs December 16th, 20 small dogs clad in warm coats arrived at Boston’s Logan airport from LAX, Los Angeles. Several hours later they were delivered to their new temporary residence here at CVHS. They arrived in New England all expenses paid courtesy of Grey’s Anatomy actress Katherine Heigel as part of ‘Flying Chihuahua Rescue (http://www.projectflyingchihuahuas.com/).

CVHS Receives Custody in East Montpelier Case

Upcoming Transfer

CVHS has had great luck with adoptions lately- Over 40 adoptions in a week! Since CVHS has been adopting animals out so quickly we have transferred in many kittens and cats from shelters that are overwhelmed. Dog Days of Summer

Dog Days of Summer at the Montpelier Pool was amazing! We expected sunny skies and temps in the high 80′s and that’s what we got! A huge thanks to everyone who came. We counted almost 40 dogs attending! Our costs were covered and it was a fantastic party. See you again next year!
